This is fantastic work. I have been out of modeling for 20+ yrs, but I have finally come back. I am doing my first aircraft, the 1/72 scale version of this on by Hasegawa. So far all is going well. I normally only do armor. Is there a good tutorial video or article on how Andy made the panel lines pop out so amazingly?

  2. There are quite a few techniques used by aircraft modelers. Most follow a basic pattern of applying a gloss coat (such as Future), applying premade or homemade washes using artists oils or enamels, and then using a cotton bud or paper towel to remove the excess. I’d recommend visiting Youtube, and searching for panel line washes. There are quite a few videos that should help get you started.
