This is the Academy kit almost OOTB. I built this for my Dad. It’s far from perfect, but he won’t care (or at least he won’t TELL me!) 😀
There are no commercial decals for this civil bird, so the scheme was painted and spare decals used to come as close as possible. The prop blades were painted Alclad Chrome over a base of MM gloss black enamel. In fact, all of the painting was MM gloss enamels, thinned with lacquer thinner to speed drying. Hope you enjoy!
