Well, it’s now finished!
I’m not really a camouflage kind of person so this came out nice for one of my very few attempts ever.
The Eduard cockpit came out really well. I applied Micro Flat varnish (it wasn’t!) and then a wash of Burnt Umber, Burnt Sienna and Black oil paint and Turpenoid to flatten and weather the bright decals and sharkmouth.
I can say that this entire build has been a pleasure. Even though we may be living in the golden age of modelling, they don’t make ’em like this anymore.
